Ruidong "RD" Sun

Ruidong (“RD”) Sun is an associate in the firm’s Palo Alto office and a member of the firm’s Technology and IP Transactions and Corporate Practice Groups.

He focuses on a variety of complex commercial transactions, both standalone ones and in connection with M&As, involving intellectual property, data, and technology. He also advises clients on data use and intellectual property considerations for new products or service offerings.

In addition, RD advises companies and investors in connection with entity formation, venture capital financings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
