  • Representing family affected by the immigration executive orders in litigation involving the Administrative Procedure Act and Mandamas Act.
  • Advised nonprofit organization on executive branch authority to eliminate or scale back firearm restrictions.
  • Advised nonprofit organization on the authority and requirements of CMS and states to provide abortion coverage in the event of a change in legislation to Medicaid block granting.
