Conrad Scott is an associate in the Washington, DC office and a member of the firm’s Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Scott served as a law clerk to Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Anthony M. Kennedy (Ret.) of the U.S. Supreme Court, Judge Paul J. Watford of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School, where he served as notes editor of the Yale Law Journal and interned in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Before attending law school, he worked in the strategy group of a global investment and technology development firm.
