Jenna Raspanti represents clients in high-stakes government investigations and litigation, with a particular emphasis on antitrust matters, spanning across various industries.

Jenna has represented clients in civil and criminal investigations before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission, including merger clearance and “Second Request” investigations; non-merger antitrust conduct investigations; and False Claims Act investigations. She also has experience advising clients on regulatory compliance and conducting internal ethics & compliance investigations.

Jenna also maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience representing low-income clients in state and federal capital habeas corpus litigation.
