Vesta Parvaresh focuses on complex commercial transactions involving technology, intellectual property and data. She represents clients in a variety of industries, including digital health, life sciences, entertainment, and sports. Vesta’s practice also includes drafting licensing and distribution agreements across a variety of platforms and business models.

In addition to stand-alone intellectual property and technology transactions, Vesta has experience advising clients on the intellectual property and technology aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions.

Vesta has completed a secondment with the National Football League where she worked with the business and legal affairs team and advised on a variety of entertainment and media deals.
