Laura E. Muschamp has almost 20 years of litigation experience with an emphasis on patent and trade secret litigation in the area of electrical engineering. Most recently, she handled litigation in both the ITC and district court involving infringement allegations related to the 802.11n specification for wireless local area network (WLAN) communications that involved substantial analysis of both spread spectrum and OFDM systems.
Ms. Muschamp has also litigated cases involving power conversion circuits, memory devices, graphics processors, RF switches, analog-to-digital converters, communication protocols, semiconductor process technology, packaging, malware, and internet business models. She has served as lead and co-lead counsel in numerous commercial litigation trials. Ms. Muschamp has been recognized as a Southern California Super Lawyer in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation. She holds a B.S. in electrical engineering and is registered to practice before the Patent and Trademark Office.
