
Mac Mackie focuses his practice on complex international and transnational legal issues. He represents clients in connection with international and cross-border disputes, and also advises clients on international trade controls issues.
Mr. Mackie’s international disputes practice focuses on the litigation of public international law claims, the arbitration of investor-state and cross-border commercial disputes, and the resolution of other treaty-based claims. His domestic litigation practice involves disputes with cross-border or international implications.
Mr. Mackie’s advisory work concerns U.S. economic sanctions and export controls. He advises on interpretive issues, secures licenses, performs risk assessments, advises on corporate transactions, and develops compliance programs.
