George M. Mackie (“Mac”) represents clients in international disputes and domestic litigations, and he also advises clients on international trade controls issues.

Mr. Mackie’s international disputes practice focuses on the arbitration of investor-state disputes, cross border commercial disputes, and litigation of other treaty-based claims. His domestic litigation practice covers commercial disputes with cross-border or international implications.

Mr. Mackie’s advisory work concerns U.S. economic sanctions and export controls. He advises on interpretive issues, secures licenses, performs risk assessments, advises on corporate transactions, and develops compliance programs.
