Chris Lowther is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. His practice covers tax-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, equity compensation, executive compensation and individual retirement arrangements. He has advised on litigations, government investigations and corporate transactions. Mr. Lowther also has extensive experience counseling clients on achieving policy goals.

  • Drafted and negotiated multimillion-dollar contract on behalf of large employer client to procure digital health services.
  • Counseled sponsors of tax-qualified retirement plans on complying with recent changes in law.
  • Provided employee benefits and executive compensation advice in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Helped design and draft retirement legislation introduced in both chambers of Congress.
