Robert Jacques represents clients in complex litigation matters. He is particularly active in bringing insurance coverage claims and defending manufacturers in product liability litigation. In his insurance recovery practice, Mr. Jacques has represented policyholders in collecting on a variety of first- and third-party coverage claims. In the product liability area, he has defended major auto parts, pharmaceutical, and food manufacturers. Mr. Jacques has also represented start-up and blue-chip companies in challenges to federal and state administrative actions. He has litigated at trial and appellate levels, as part of multi-district proceedings, and in matters with international scope. Mr. Jacques has a deep understanding of the litigation process, as well as the broader strategic and commercial considerations of clients.
