Sam Howe is an associate in the Washington, DC office and a member of the Litigation and Investigations and Political Law Practice Groups. Mr. Howe’s practice focuses on representing clients in high-stakes litigation or congressional investigations. Mr. Howe also maintains an active pro bono practice providing legal services to veterans. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Howe served on active duty in the Marine Corps as a communications officer and legislative liaison.

Mr. Howe is a member of the Bar of Massachusetts. District of Columbia bar application is pending; supervised by principals of the firm.
