  • Represents DIP agent in connection with Chapter 11 cases of Molycorp, Inc.
  • Represented DIP agent and indenture trustee in connection with Chapter 11 cases of Eastman Kodak.
  • Regularly represents leading bank and trust company in connection with debt issuances, defaulted securities, loan administration and bankruptcies.
  • Represented intercreditor and collateral trustee in connection with $6 billion loan to Ford Motor Company from the United States Department of Energy for Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing.
  • Represented Austrian bank in connection with the restructuring of its $7 billion commercial paper program.
  • Represented financial advisor to Chrysler in connection with the sale of substantially all of its assets under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
  • Regularly represents government retirement plans, private pension funds and other end-users in negotiation of derivatives documentation, including highly structured and hedging transactions.
  • Regularly represents members of official committees in chapter 11 cases.
  • Represented mid-market construction products company in its successful out of court restructuring.
  • Represented a group of hedge funds in connection with the administration of their chapter 11 cases filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Represented a New York not-for-profit company in obtaining tax exemption to promote green initiatives.
  • Represented a corporation in obtaining non-profit tax status to educate parents and distribute medical devices to children in the Dominican Republic. 
  • Assists and advises low income debtors in connection with filing bankruptcy petitions through Legal Services NYC’s New York City Bankruptcy Assistance Project.
