  • Representation of a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in connection with multiple state attorney general investigations and multi-jurisdictional litigation related to pharmaceutical pricing.
  • Representation of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in nationwide litigation regarding allegedly fraudulent marketing practices.
  • Representation of a foreign parent company and a U.S. importer in connection with a Department of Justice False Claims Act investigation of alleged customs fraud.
  • Representation of manufacturers of motor vehicles and consumer safety products regarding compliance with U.S. regulatory obligations.

Pro Bono

  • Successfully defended Salvadoran family in deportation proceedings, securing asylum in the United States.
  • Represented public defender offices in Maryland and Cook County, Illinois in connection with efforts to reform cash bail systems.
  • Represented clients alleging unlawful application of the Trump Administration's "travel ban" and seeking reinstatement of visa approvals. 
  • Represented prisoner in parole hearing and petition for federal habeas corpus.
