    He has significant experience defending organizations in government investigations, including by the Department of Justice, Congress, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, and state attorneys general. In addition, Kyle counsels clients on compliance with complex government regulations and assists companies in the development of cutting-edge technologies by helping them navigate uncertain regulatory environments.
