Jane Faulkner

Jane (Janie) Faulkner is an associate in the Financial Services Group and focuses her practice on financial regulatory advice and advocacy. She represents financial institutions, fintech companies and industry organizations on a broad range of compliance, enforcement, transactional, and legislative matters, including applications to federal bank agencies, bank mergers and acquisitions and federal banking agency enforcement matters.

Janie brings a variety of perspectives to her law practice. Prior to law school, Janie was a staff assistant at Van Scoyoc Associates where she advised clients on the appropriations process. During law school, Janie was a legal intern in the Student Honors Program at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and also served as a judicial intern at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
