Dallin's practice experience includes matters diverse in size, shape, and kind, including copyright-related regulatory and policy research and advising; licensing and acquisition of sports, film, music, video game, and other content; technology platform development; data collection and licensing; services agreements; intellectual property chain of title diligence; website terms of service drafting and analysis; pre-litigation infringement review and communications; payment card acceptance agreements; buy-now-pay-later, trade credit, and other commercial and consumer financing programs; and intellectual property aspects of M&A, joint venture, and other corporate transactions.
To bring his clients the best service in their ever evolving industries, Dallin stays up on current legal and industry developments through regular participation in research, writing, and presentations to lawyer groups, at industry conferences, and for clients on the latest developments in his areas of expertise. For example, with respect to NFTs, Dallin has co-authored various articles, and organized and moderated panels at conferences and ABA meetings.
In addition to his full-time legal practice, Dallin serves as the Vice-Chair of the ABA Music and Performing Arts Committee.
