    Tony Dosanjh’s practice areas include real estate and real estate finance. He has extensive experience in advising a variety of investment funds in transactions including acquisitions and disposals, real estate development, and leasing and investment management. His practice covers a diverse range of real estate asset classes, including logistics and industrial sites, retail parks, healthcare, senior housing and assisted living, data centers, solar, wind, and energy-from-waste facilities, student accommodation, theme parks, hotels and leisure, offices, and mixed-use developments. Tony frequently advises on the real estate aspects of M&A transactions on both the buyer and seller side.

    Tony has significant real estate finance experience, having dealt on multiple financing arrangements for property portfolios across a range of sectors.

    Tony also advises charities on a pro bono basis, in respect of real estate matters and transactions.
