Pro Bono

  • Representation of California state prisoner in Ninth Circuit appeal of adverse district court ruling on prisoner’s civil rights claims. Obtained remand for additional fact finding.
  • Co-counseled with the American Civil Liberties Union, represents an individual and physicians group against the largest Catholic hospital chain in California and the fifth largest healthcare provider in the United States over the hospital’s refusal to allow doctors to perform common reproductive healthcare procedure.
