Jeremy Cobb is a litigator who focuses primarily on patent litigation. He has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation from case conception through trial and appeal. Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Cobb was a scientist in the Synthetic Chemistry Department at GlaxoSmithKline.

  • Representation of a pioneer pharmaceutical company in multiple patent litigation suits brought in the District of South Carolina involving a statin drug product.
  • After a week-long trial in the District of New Jersey, obtained a judgment upholding the validity of the patent covering Lo Loestrin®, an oral contraceptive, on behalf of our client Warner Chilcott. The judgment was subsequently upheld in a unanimous decision by the Federal Circuit.
  • Representation of Warner Chilcott in the District of New Jersey in patent litigation against Mylan, Famy Care and Lupin concerning Generess® Fe, an oral contraceptive.
  • Representation of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals in a Hatch-Waxman case involving transdermal testosterone gel for treatment of male hypogonadism.
  • Representation of Lattice Semiconductor in a patent infringement matter in the District of Delaware.
