    Raina Bhatt's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar defense matters in federal and state court.

    Raina has experience representing individual plaintiffs and companies in both civil and criminal litigation, internal investigations, and both civil and criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Raina also maintains an active pro bono practice.

    Prior to joining the firm, Raina clerked for The Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the United States Courts of Appeal Ninth Circuit and The Honorable Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
