Hannah Bradshaw is an associate in the international employment group. Ms. Bradshaw advises clients on the domestic and cross-border employment aspects of large-scale corporate transactions and reorganisations, drafting and implementing domestic and cross-border employment documentation, managing multi-country reviews and advising clients on international HR-legal compliance issues.
Ms. Bradshaw’s domestic practice covers both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including disciplinary and grievance matters, dismissals and negotiating settlement agreements, the protection of intellectual property and confidential information and litigating in the Employment Tribunal and the High Court on behalf of employers.
- Advising AstraZeneca in relation to the global employment law issues arising from its acquisition of the rights to Almirall’s respiratory business.
- Assisting Microsoft Corporation with the corporate integration of Nokia’s devices and services business, involving over 25,000 former Nokia employees across 60 countries.
- On behalf of a NYSE-listed client, preparing a global employment law survey summarising the HR-legal compliance issues applicable to international secondees in 25 different jurisdictions.
- Responsibility for the co-ordination of a redundancy exercise across Europe, the Middle East and Africa for a multinational motor vehicle manufacturer.
- In relation to global mobility and data-privacy compliance issues, providing international employment law advice to a global petroleum industry trade group.
- Advising a multinational clinical research organisation on the multi-jurisdictional employment law aspects of its proposed admission to AIM.
- Providing international employment law advice to a global video games publisher in relation to EU discrimination legislation.
- Defending a leading investment bank in the largest UK bonus dispute arising from the global financial crisis, brought by 104 current and former employees.
- Successfully defending a recruitment industry client against a former employee’s breach of non-solicitation and non-deal restrictive covenants by applying for an injunction in the High Court.
- Preparation of employment contracts, policies and other employment-related documents for a number of clients.
