Gregory Bischoping is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Investigations Practice Group, with a focus on complex civil litigation and patent litigation. In his pro bono practice, he focuses on representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bischoping clerked for the Honorable Leonard P. Stark of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Representing a technology company in litigation pending in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the District of Utah.

Pro Bono

  • Representing an individual appealing his denial of asylum to the Third Circuit.
  • Successfully appealed denial of withholding of removal before the Third Circuit in Saravia v. Attorney General, 905 F.3d 729 (3d Cir. 2018).
