Gregory Bischoping is an associate in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the firm’s Litigation and Investigations Practice Group, with a focus on complex civil litigation and patent litigation. In his pro bono practice, he focuses on representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bischoping clerked for the Honorable Leonard P. Stark of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Representation of major financial institutions facing potential regulatory enforcement by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
  • Representation of high-tech company against competitor in patent litigation regarding electric vehicle batteries in the International Trade Commission.
  • Representation of a water filtration company in litigation in the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the District of Utah.

Pro Bono

  • Successfully negotiated remand of asylum appeal from the Third Circuit to the Board of Immigration Appeals in Alexander Lopez-Valencia v. Attorney General United States, No. 19-3092 (3d Cir. 2019).   
  • Successfully appealed denial of withholding of removal before the Third Circuit in Saravia v. Attorney General, 905 F.3d 729 (3d Cir. 2018).
