Covington Boosts International Arbitration Practice

June 18, 2015

LONDON, June 18, 2015 — Covington is pleased to announce that Stephanie Sarzana has joined the firm as special counsel, resident in the London office.

Ms. Sarzana’s practice focuses on international commercial arbitration and on complex commercial litigation. She has represented companies before a variety of international arbitration tribunals, under numerous substantive and procedural governing laws. She also has particular experience advising on and representing parties in gas price review arbitrations. In addition, she regularly advises on issues of company valuation and quantification of damages. Ms. Sarzana’s practice covers a wide range of industries, with a focus on the energy, telecommunications and financial services sectors.

Jeremy Wilson, an international arbitration partner in London and co-chair of the European litigation practice, commented: “Stephanie’s experience will be a great asset for our team in London and internationally.”

Ms. Sarzana is a graduate of University Panthéon-Assas, Paris, and Columbia Law School in New York. In addition, she holds an MBA from E.S.S.E.C. Business School. She is admitted to practice in England and Wales, New York and Paris.
