Covington’s David Bayless to Participate in SEC Directors Panel

SAN FRANCISCO, May 8, 2014 — Covington’s David Bayless will participate in a West Coast SEC Directors Roundtable featuring a panel of six current and former directors from the Securities and Exchange Commission’s San Francisco and Los Angeles regional offices. Hosted by Securities Docket, the panel will address the most pressing and important issues and trends in the world of securities enforcement and regulation.

Mr. Bayless, a partner in Covington’s San Francisco office, is co-chair of the firm’s Securities & Commercial Litigation practice group and co-chair of its Securities Enforcement practice group. He served as director of the SEC’s San Francisco office from 1994-1999.
