Freight Wins Big In Highway Bill As Banks Hold The Bag

December 2, 2015, Law360

Jack Schenendorf is quoted in a Law360 article discussing the winners and losers of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act (FAST ACT) Schenendorf said, “Overall, the bill is a significant accomplishment because one of the real problems the program has been going through — over 30 short-term extensions — is there hasn’t been time for states to do any real planning or for companies to have real assurance of what the program is going to look like.” He continued, “Having a five-year bill that’s paid for is a positive accomplishment.”
