On 1 June 2023, the European Commission published the revised research and development block exemption regulation and accompanying horizontal guidelines, replacing the current R&D BER and horizontal guidelines, which had been in place since 2011.

In this webinar, we will discuss the main developments specifically impacting R&D collaborations in the life sciences space that clients should be aware of before the new rules come into effect on 1 July 2023.
