On Monday, February 13, 2023, Lindsay Brewer, an associate in the firm's Environmental and ESG practice groups, will participate in a panel discussion on greenwashing at the GreenBiz 23 Comms Summit.
The GreenBiz 23 Comms Summit is an invitation-only working session that will bring together 200 communications, legal and sustainability professionals from large companies along with outside experts on sustainability and ESG communications.

On Wednesday, February 15, 2023, Lindsay Brewer, an associate in the firm's Environmental and ESG practice groups, will speak at GreenBiz 23. The talk, "Communicating Environmental Goals and Achievements Inside the Law," will provide an introduction to environmental marketing claims, examine environmental marketing claims that have been subject to legal challenge, and explore strategies companies can employ when communicating their sustainability goals to minimize legal risk.
