On December 15 and 16, 2022, Covington partner Peter Flanagan will again serve as co-chair of the annual Practising Law Institute (PLI) Conference in Washington on “Coping with U.S. Export Controls and Sanctions.” This program combines a comprehensive update on the full range of U.S. export control and economic sanctions developments, with practical insights on developing and managing compliance programs.
