Covington recently launched the first in a series of “Women in Tech” roundtable discussions.
Held at the firm’s San Francisco office, the roundtable was comprised of women executives and lawyers in the Bay Area from a range of technology companies including Airbnb, Facebook, and Expedia, and featured FTC Commissioner Maureen K. Ohlhausen. The discussion—facilitated by San Francisco-based partners Lindsey Tonsager and Ingrid Rechtin and New York-based counsel Jennifer Martin—focused on the Commissioner’s unique insights about bridging the Bay Area technology and Washington regulatory environments. The session also provided an opportunity for Covington lawyers and friends of the firm to network and learn from other leading women in the tech industry.
