NorCal Offices Host Second Annual Diversity Dinner

Covington's San Francisco and Palo Alto offices recently held the second annual diversity dinner where lawyers and summer associates were joined by four Covington alums: Tammy Albarrán, Keir Gumbs, Jun Li, and Alexia Romero.

Throughout the evening, attendees offered poignant remarks on their personal stories as immigrants, LGBTQ+, or people of color, and what diversity means to them. Many of these stories illustrated how Covington nurtures an inclusive environment in which lawyers from different backgrounds can personally and professionally thrive.
