Covington Celebrates Inclusion

Covington welcomed 174 lawyers to its Washington DC office for its annual New Associate Integration Seminar. The seminar kicked off with a reception celebrating inclusion and designed to showcase the diversity of the associate class.

This year, we welcomed associates from each of our U.S. offices as well as our offices in Beijing, Brussels, Frankfurt, London, Seoul, and Shanghai. Our diversity and inclusion efforts were prominently featured on the agenda with an overview of the firm's programs, delivered by Catharina Min, one of the firm's diversity co-chairs.
