Eli Nachmany contributed to the George Mason Law Review’s 2023 symposium “Chevron on Trial: The Supreme Court and the Future of Agency Authority and Expertise,” which was co-hosted by the C. Boyden Gray Center for the Study of the Administrative State at the Antonin Scalia Law School. On a panel entitled “Who Interprets Statutes?”, Eli spoke alongside Professors Aditya Bamzai, Jonathan Masur, and Victoria Nourse, with Judge Chad Readler of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit serving as moderator. Later, Eli published "Deference to Agency Expertise in Statutory Interpretation" in the George Mason Law Review in connection with the symposium.
