    • Advised Customcells on EUR 60 million Series A Financing Round.
    • Advised NielsenIQ and its owner Advent International on its merger with GfK, a portfolio company of private equity investor KKR.
    • Advised the shareholders of ACXIT Capital Partners on the sale of the company to US investment bank Stifel Financial Corp.
