Please join us for a webinar on "Lessons learned from U.S. DOJ guidance on compliance programs, and why it matters for companies in the Middle East and Africa."
The Middle East & Africa Compliance Association (MEACA) and Covington invite you to a webinar on 26 October. The discussion will be led by senior members of Covington's White Collar and Anti-Corruption Practices, all of whom have extensive experience working with companies across the region: Jennifer Saperstein, Ben Haley, and Noam Kutler.
The panel will focus on how companies can best address ever-increasing regulatory expectations, such as the most recent updates to the U.S. Department of Justice’s guidance on Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs. They will share insights from their extensive experience advising non-U.S. companies and address topics such as:
- What does the most recent guidance from the U.S. mean for companies that are not headquartered or operating in the United States?
- Key learnings from our recent experiences in monitorships and “compliance days” with U.S. enforcement authorities.
- Based on recent enforcement priorities, where should companies be focusing their program enhancement efforts?
The event is hosted by Covington and MEACA.
