This panel is a segment of the larger “Investing, Trading, and Doing Deals in a Dynamic World 2023: Navigating Persistent Risk 2023” program being hosted by the Practising Law Institute (PLI) and will discuss post-breach strategies to identify, extinguish, and prevent further risk. It will also explain how risk issues manifest themselves, how organizations and companies engage stakeholders in addressing manifested issues, and how to best engage with the Government once an issue is identified. The panel will engage participants regarding:

• Detecting, containing, and resolving risk
• Understanding the evolution and spread of risk issues
• Determining and addressing root causes across the enterprise
• Engaging stakeholders to collectively address risk
• Engaging with the Government regarding identified issues
