Eric Hellerman has extensive experience in litigating, counseling and resolving complex and other commercial disputes, regarding corporate control, finance, securities, executive employment, trade secret misappropriation and protection, intellectual property and real estate, on behalf of institutions and high net worth individuals. He has tried jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts. Mr. Hellerman has litigated disputes on behalf of institutional and high net worth individual clients in various industries including financial services and investment, insurance, energy, real estate, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. He has expertise litigating patent infringement cases before the International Trade Commission and federal courts. He is experienced in product liability litigation on behalf pharmaceutical and building material manufacturers.
