  • Successfully obtained favorable insurance settlement on behalf of municipal government for first-party property damage to historic community center.
  • Represent client in Ninth Circuit appeal concerning retaliation and age discrimination charges.
  • Obtained not guilty verdict in jury trial of client charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence of marijuana.
