UK court rejects class action against MasterCard

Elaine Whiteford is quoted in a Global Competition Review article regarding the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal's decision to block a £14bn class action lawsuit against MasterCard from proceeding. According to Whiteford, it is surprising that Merricks was not afforded an opportunity to serve an amended claim form - as was permitted in the Gibson mobility scooters case.
