Jazzirelle Sepulveda's practice focuses on complex civil litigation and white collar defense matters. Ms. Sepulveda has experience representing major companies in federal civil litigation, disputes before international tribunals, and both civil and criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Sepulveda clerked for The Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

  • Represents large, publicly traded pharmaceutical company in SEC investigation concerning alleged financial fraud.  
  • Conducting internal investigation on behalf of a global ride-sharing company.
  • Conducted internal investigation on behalf of an international entertainment company concerning allegations of corruption and other criminal conduct. 
  • Represented a Peruvian mining company in an International Chamber of Commerce arbitration against contractors in a dispute arising from the design and construction of a copper concentrator and molybdenum plant in South America.
  • Represented a multinational business and information technology services firm in tort litigation arising out of a workplace mass shooting.   
  • Conducted an internal investigation on behalf of a global defense contractor concerning compliance with government contracting and auditing requirements.
  • Represented a leading international technology company in a Section 337 patent infringement investigation before the International Trade Commission.
  • Represented a multinational company in a multidistrict Anti-Terrorism Act litigation arising out of extortion payments to illegal foreign armed groups.

Pro Bono

  • Represents Special Immigrant Juvenile applicant in immigration proceedings.
  • Completed six month full-time pro bono rotation at the Children’s Law Center, DC’s largest non-profit legal services provider, representing third party caregivers and serving as a guardian ad litem in custody matters.
