Broer Oatis is an associate in the firm's San Francisco office and a member of the Insurance Coverage practice group. He has successfully litigated, arbitrated, and mediated complex insurance matters in California federal court, New York state and federal court, Kentucky federal court, and at California mediation and arbitration facilities. Mr. Oatis has handled multiple first-party marine cargo and shipping insurance disputes involving fuel-oil loss, extra expense, and potential business interruption claims. He has worked on a range of other insurance matters involving general liability, media liability, professional liability, workers' compensation, and bad faith claims.
