Melinda R. Lewis is an associate in the firm's Washington, DC office with a practice co-specialized in both government contracts and cybersecurity. Ms. Lewis has nearly ten years' experience on a broad range of government contracts issues, with an expertise in helping clients navigate the cybersecurity and data privacy requirements unique to government contractors.

Ms. Lewis conducts internal investigations for clients on a wide array of government contracts and national security compliance issues. Ms. Lewis has litigated cost accounting appeals at the ASBCA and Contract Disputes Act (CDA) cases at the Court of Federal Claims. She regularly advises and represents clients on matters involving:

  • Contractor cybersecurity requirements, including assessing contractual requirements and investigating and assisting clients with cyber breach incidents involving government information
