As a litigator, Ken Freeling has handled a broad range of cases, from antitrust and patent matters to complex commercial cases involving financial institutions, telecoms, media, pharmaceutical, industrial, construction and other major industries in federal, state, and international courts, as well as in international arbitration tribunals.

As a senior legal advisor, Mr. Freeling has spent several years in Qatar and elsewhere in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), principally representing the interests of prominent Qatari public and private companies and individuals both in Qatar and internationally.  He provides strategic advice to multinational companies doing business in Qatar and the GCC.
