Covington Tops Law360's Inaugural Social Impact Leaders Rankings

WASHINGTON—Law360 has named Covington the top law firm in its inaugural Social Impact Leaders rankings. The rankings of the top 100 law firms are designed to evaluate social impact initiatives at firms and measure their relative performance against peer firms.

The Social Impact Leaders ranking draws on data from Law360’s pro bono survey as well as their annual Glass Ceiling and Diversity Snapshot reports in a larger undertaking to assess how law firms approach and implement social impact programs. Ranked firms are evaluated across four thematic pillars: racial and ethnic diversity, gender equality, employee engagement, and pro bono service. Each pillar contains a core measure that aligns with either a recognized legal industry standard or a commonly used indicator of success and two supporting measures established by Law360.
