Diane Ramírez

Diane Ramírez represents clients in a wide range of internal and government investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission, including investigations of fraud, corruption, bribery, books and records violations, and other topics relevant to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”). In the context of investigations, Diane is experienced in leading complex e-discovery and data preservation efforts.

Diane also advises multinational companies on cross-border compliance issues. She has experience in developing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, conducting third party due diligence, and delivering compliance training.

As a native Spanish speaker who has lived and traveled throughout Latin America, Diane is able to support the needs of clients doing business in the region and in other Spanish-speaking countries.

Diane maintains a robust pro bono practice in immigration law, representing nationals from Latin American countries. Her clients include asylum seekers, victims of human trafficking, and unaccompanied minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile status.
