NEW YORK, NY, April 7, 2008 — Covington & Burling LLP is pleased to announce that Timothy Clark and Loretta Shaw-Lorello have joined the firm’s corporate practice as partners. Mr. Clark and Ms. Shaw-Lorello will be resident in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Clark will become co-chair of the firm’s Private Equity Practice. Mr. Clark and Ms. Shaw-Lorello represent private equity fund sponsors and investors on a global basis.
