On Tuesday, May 17, 2022, Robert Kelner, partner and chair of the firm's Election and Political Law practice, will be presenting in a live webinar titled "FARA and Balancing Transparency Without Impacting Constitutionally Protected Activities," hosted by the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics. The presentation will discuss the latest in Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) compliance and how to balance transparency. At the end of the session, there will also be a Q&A opportunity for Rob to answer additional FARA-related questions.
