Sarah Franklin and Stefanie Doebler are speaking at the CBI's 16th Annual Pharmaceutical Compliance Congress on April 16-18, 2019.

Ms. Franklin will present "Market Access Compliance" on April 17, 2019 which will:

  • Analyze the potential role for compliance across market access to assess and mitigate risks
  • Navigate manufacturer relationships with specialty pharmacies, wholesalers, distributors and GPOs
  • Assess the potential for anti-kickback, off-label, privacy and government pricing risks
  • Evaluate the controls needed to ensure that value-based contracts comply with the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS)
  • Navigate risks connected to specialty pharmacy arrangements including cost sharing arrangements, enhanced vs. core services, data service agreements, copay components and privacy issues
  • Discuss considerations related to managed markets of limited distribution networks

Stefanie Doebler will present "PAP and PSP Benchmarking — How Is Industry Adapting?" on April 17, 2019 which will:

  • Benchmark with industry to assess what companies are doing differently in light of recent enforcement (i.e., are processes changing?)
  • Highlight recent industry program changes to patient support services, patient access programs and interactions with copay foundations
