Covington associate, Jaclyn E. Martínez Resly, recently attended the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity’s intensive, two-day kick-off training as a member of the 2016 class of Pathfinders. The event was hosted by Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Indiana. “The kickoff program was great,” Jaclyn commented. “It was really an exercise in building self-awareness and enhancing our individual toolsets to more ably navigate our careers. The group of Pathfinders that I have gotten to know are impressive and engaged. So, I’m very much looking forward to continuing the rest of the 6-month program.”
LCLD’s Pathfinder Program strives to train early-career attorneys, with three to five years’ experience, in critical career development strategies, including leadership, networking, and relationship building. Each Member of LCLD, an organization of law firm managing partners and corporate general counsels, had the opportunity to nominate one or two high-potential attorneys to participate in the program. This year, approximately 113 attorneys are participating from 78 law firms and corporations nationwide.
