Covington Associate, Jaclyn Martínez Resly, Selected as a 2016 LCLD Pathfinder

Jaclyn Martínez ReslyJaclyn Martínez Resly, an associate in Covington’s Litigation Practice, has been selected for this year’s Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinder Program. LCLD is an organization of more than 240 chief legal officers and firm managing partners dedicated to promoting diversity within the legal profession.

Targeted to diverse, high-potential attorneys with three to five years’ experience, The Pathfinder Program is a selective program which offers participants the opportunity to enhance their leadership and professional networking skills. Over the course of a year, the program provides professional development opportunities with the three core goals of leadership, personal brand growth, and relationship building.

“I’m honored to be selected to participate in this year’s Pathfinder Program and, more fundamentally, to be a part of a law firm that takes active steps to promote growth for its diverse attorneys,” Jaclyn commented. She added that she was “looking forward to meeting and learning from other Pathfinders through the Program’s interactive sessions.”

Tammy Albarrán, Co-Chair of Diversity Initiatives at Covington and leader of the firm’s Anti-Corruption Practice Group’s Latin America practice, will serve as a Program Facilitator to guide and mentor Jaclyn through the Pathfinder Program. Tammy was a 2015 LCLD Fellow.
