Kevin Collins is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group and is resident in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Mr. Collins has represented clients in a wide variety of patent and trademark matters in various forums, including United States District Courts throughout the Country. Mr. Collins also has significant appellate experience, including having argued Federal Circuit appeals in patent cases.
Mr. Collins is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and has litigated patent matters before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences as well as before the International Trade Commission in Section 337 actions.
Mr. Collins has substantial patent litigation experience with software, business methods, web-based applications, semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer leisure and personal care products.
