He has experience structuring and amending employment, severance, retention, and other arrangements. Mr. Woolston has also advised defined contribution plan sponsors regarding fee structures, expenses, and the allocation of fiduciary responsibility. He has a welfare benefit plan design background from working in the insurance industry and extensive in-house accounting experience from other prior positions.
