Sarah Forest is an associate in the firm’s Brussels office. She provides legal, regulatory and procedural advice regarding the application of pharmaceutical law and the rules governing other health products, cosmetics and foods. Ms. Forest experience includes regulatory exclusivity rights, the implementation of recent European pharmaceutical legislation, pharmacovigilance obligations, rules related to falsified medicines, borderline decisions, orphan medicines and EU administrative procedures.
